Takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 5.30pm to 9pm at Westcliff Community Centre.

Doors open at 5.30pm, bingo starts at 7pm and finishes at 9pm, with a small break in the middle.

Food and drinks are available and there is also a raffle.

There is an annual membership of £1.

Tuesdays and Sundays 6pm – 10pm. There is also a Friday afternoon session from 1.30pm to 4pm. This is a sequence dancing group that is always happy to take new members.

Art Group Mondays 9am – 1pm – This is for people who have an interest in art, this could be drawing, painting, chalks, charcoal or even wood burning pictures. There is no tutor but all are welcome and all members teach each other different methods.

First couple of weeks you can attend on a trail basis, then there is a £3.00 for yearly membership and £1.50 a session.

These gentle sitting exercises will help improve your mobility and prevent falls. If you have difficulty standing or walking then chair based exercise is perfect for you.

Even a small amount of activity can be a tremendous boost to our wellbeing and help you to tone and strengthen. So why not give it a go? You might be surprised at just how good it makes you feel.

Sessions cost £3.50
