Eco Printing Lampshade Workshop @ The Steel Rooms
Nov 16 @ 10:00 – 16:00

Level: Beginners upwards

Teacher: Fiona Balding

Cost: £54 per person includes all materials and light refreshments

This workshop is designed to develop all the skills and techniques you need to produce beautiful unique prints on fabric. It is suitable for beginners, who are keen to achieve clear defined prints that we will use to make a lampshade.

The morning will be spent experimenting with different leaves and foliage on sample pieces and then finally printing the piece that will go onto to make the lampshade during the afternoon.

Ecoprinting is very much a developing craft closely aligned to natural dyeing. It is very exciting and anyone who gives it a go becomes amazed and delighted and the results they can achieve.

Fabrics and lampshade frame will be included in the price of the workshop.
