FitSteps is a dance fitness class mixing ballroom and latin dance steps. Julie Rhoades is a licensed FitSteps instructor with experience teaching all ages and levels of ability.
Wednesday Morning – 10.30am – 11.30am – FitSteps: FitSteps is an upbeat dance fitness class designed to achieve real, measurable fitness results. Created by Strictly pro dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, the workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun filled classes where you don’t even realise how hard you are working.
Friday Morning – 10.30am – 11.30am – FitSteps FAB.
