Weekly Zumba Gold classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, Frodingham Community Centre, Rowland Road, Scunthorpe.

Zumba Gold is a low impact, super fun, exercise in disguise, group fitness class.  The same great party atmosphere of regular Zumba but grooving at your own pace. Dancing to Latin and International rhythms and is suitable for EVERYONE!  No dance experience or partner required
